Gandolfo’s New York Deli offers a distinct New York Style Delicatessen experience, but the fast-casual concept actually calls Provo, Utah home. "Craig Gandolph founded the concept in Long Island, and then fell in love with a girl in Salt Lake City, so he moved to Utah and opened up a traditional New York deli in Provo," says Dan Pool, CEO of Pool's Restaurant Group LLC, which owns Gandolfo's New York Deli.
"He started giving the sandwiches names of places in New York because he was homesick, which is why we have the Rockefeller Reuben and the Central Park Hot Pastrami." So what can you expect next month when Gandolfo’s opens? For one, amazing deli-style specialty sandwiches such as The New York Liberty – (pastrami, swiss, lettuce, tomato, marinated mushrooms, onion, mayo and spicy mustard) and the Manhattan Transfer – (cappicola, salami, provolone, parmesan, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and spicy mustard and butter). A selection of fresh green salads, gourmet hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches and much more are in store for you as well.
Join us in welcoming Gandolfo's New York Deli to The Collection on March 28.
